The program length will vary based on the pace at which you complete the online portion and the schedule of the onsite training rotations. This timeframe factors in the completion of online learning, onsite training, and preparation for the CCMA credential exam. While individual progress may vary, we strive to provide a structured timeline and plenty of support to guide you through the program.

The main location for this program is at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center. Following this initial phase, you will receive comprehensive training at various other health system locations. These may include urgent care centers, primary care locations, or health system satellite locations. The purpose of this approach is to ensure that medical assistant trainees gain valuable hands-on experience in a wide range of clinical settings. By rotating through different locations, you will have the chance to explore and discover which specialty area you enjoy the most.
